A word about shipping:
We arrange shipping by way of flatbed common carrier semi trailer trucks. There
are limitations to where these trucks can go especially at times when the ground
is soft. They will in most cases be able to drive near your site for curbside
delivery where you can unload your wood. If there are special circumstances, they
will get as close as they can. Unloading is the customers' responsibility, not
the truck drivers'. You can either arrange to borrow or rent a forklift or you
can have a team of helpers on hand to hand unload. Loads may be as high as 12 feet
off the ground, so make sure you have a tall ladder or two handy. We will need your address and
telephone numbers in order to coordinate your delivery.
Please allow 2 to 6 weeks. In most cases 4 weeks or sooner will do.
Cabin grades are not always available since they are a by product of higher grade
runs. If it is not possible to supply you within this time frame we will contact
you to inform you that the time frame has changed. If the adjusted time frame
is not acceptable to you we will, at your request, cancel your order.
